Born in Marbella

Bucas began with one bag, made for a girls’ holiday to Marbella.

After creating the original Marbella Charm Bag for herself, our founder continued taking it on holidays and nights out. Girls would stop her in bathroom queues, at bars and on days out to ask where the bag was from—and whether she could make one for them too.

What started as a personal holiday accessory soon became Bucas: destination-inspired charm bags designed to make the whole outfit.

Designed and finished by hand

Bucas remains an independent, one-woman brand. Every design is created in-house, and every charm is individually attached by hand in the UK.

Each bag begins with its woven base and chain handle before being transformed with a carefully considered arrangement of charms inspired by destinations, memories and the feeling of getting ready for somewhere special.
