Are Bucas bags handmade?

Every Bucas design is created in-house, and each charm is individually attached by hand in the UK. The woven bag and chain handle form the base before being transformed into the finished Bucas design.

Will my bag look exactly like the photographs?

As every bag is hand-finished, the precise positioning of individual charms may vary slightly. The overall design, colour and charm selection will remain consistent with the product photographs.

How should I care for my Bucas bag?

To preserve your bag and its charms, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals. Store it somewhere cool and dry when it is not being used, and avoid pulling heavily on the charm handle or overfilling the bag.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. UK orders are sent with Evri and typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Complimentary UK delivery is included with every order.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost for unwanted items. Full details can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return at no additional cost to you.
