Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.

All orders are sent with Evri. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, although occasional courier delays may occur. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

Returns

We hope you love your Bucas bag. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

After notifying us, you must send the item back within a further 14 days. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned using the process above.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
